At the Network meeting at the University of Illinois, it was agreed to
reserve a link for use in measurements. The link chosen was the highest
unassigned link which was incorrectly calculated to be number 223. The
correct number is 191. Therefore, Link 191 will be assigned for
measurement use. Use of this link should be cleared with the Liasion
Officer at the Network Measurement Center (NMC).
イリノイ大学でのネットワークのミーティングにおいて、測定で使用するのた
めにリンクを確保することが同意されました。選択されたリンクは最も大きい
割り当てられていないリンクで、間違って２２３番と計算されました。正しい
番号は１９１です。それ故に、リンク１９１が測定で使用するために割り当て
られるでしょう。このリンクの使用がネットワーク測定センター（ＮＭＣ）の
連絡担当者の承認を得られるべきです。
